When you use Sunday Strike, we collect:

  • —Booking credentials: your golf course booking email and password, stored encrypted.
  • —Phone number: if you opt in to SMS notifications.
  • —Bounty data: target dates, time windows, and player counts you configure.
  • —Activity logs: records of tee time checks and booking attempts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • —Monitor tee time availability on your behalf.
  • —Attempt to book tee times when auto-booking is enabled.
  • —Send you SMS and email notifications about tee time availability and bookings.
  • —Maintain and improve the Service.

3. How We Store Your Data

Your booking password is encrypted using industry-standard symmetric encryption before being stored. We do not store it in plain text. Your Sunday Strike account password is hashed and never stored in recoverable form.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • —Twilio: your phone number is used to send SMS notifications.
  • —SendGrid: your email address is used to send booking notifications.
  • —Golf course booking platform: your credentials are used solely to interact with the booking system on your behalf.

5. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications, you may receive messages about tee time availability and booking confirmations. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or updating your preferences in Settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@sundaystrike.com. Activity logs may be retained for a limited period for operational purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive credentials and secure transmission over HTTPS. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
