Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sunday Strike ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Sunday Strike Does

Sunday Strike is an automated tee time monitoring and booking service. When you create a bounty, Sunday Strike checks the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course booking system on your behalf and, depending on your settings, alerts you or attempts to reserve a tee time using your provided credentials.

3. Your Booking Account

To use auto-booking, you must provide your credentials for the course's booking platform (Club Prophet Systems). You are responsible for ensuring your credentials are correct and that your account is in good standing. Sunday Strike stores your password in encrypted form and does not share it with any third party.

4. Auto-Booking Responsibility

When you enable auto-booking, Sunday Strike may complete a tee time reservation on your behalf. You are responsible for all bookings made. This includes any applicable fees, cancellation policies, and no-show charges set by the golf course. Sunday Strike is not liable for bookings made at incorrect times, for incorrect player counts, or for any charges resulting from automated reservations.

5. No Guarantee of Availability

Sunday Strike monitors tee time availability but cannot guarantee that a tee time will be found or successfully booked. Availability depends entirely on the golf course's booking system, which is outside our control.

6. SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS alerts from Sunday Strike about tee time availability and booking confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sunday Strike in any way that violates the terms of service of any third-party booking platform, or in any way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sunday Strike is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Strike and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
